✨TERMS OF SERVICE ✨

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described here.~~~~~
🎨 1. THE PROCESS & REVISIONS
• Sketch Phase: I will send you a rough sketch for approval. You can ask for any major changes (posing, expression, outfits) during this phase for free.
• Final Phase: Once the sketch is approved, I will start coloring and rendering. At this stage, I will only accept minor color adjustments. No major redraws allowed.⏱️ 2. TURNAROUND TIME & DELIVERY
• My standard turnaround time is roughly 1–2 weeks per piece, depending on my queue and the complexity of the artwork.
• If you need the artwork by a strict deadline (e.g., a birthday gift), please tell me BEFORE ordering. A rush fee may apply.
• The final file will be sent as a high-resolution PNG via Kirke/Artistree/Gdrive/Email.🔒 3. COPYRIGHT & USAGE
• Personal Use Only: You can use the artwork for your personal social media profiles, phone wallpapers, icons, or printing it out for yourself. You cannot sell it, use it for merchandise, or claim you drew it.
• Commercial Use: If you want to use the artwork for commercial purpose, you must pay the Commercial Add-On Fee.
• Credit: Please credit me as when posting the artwork online.
• Artist Rights: I retain the right to post the completed artwork in my portfolios and social media to promote my work. (If your character is a secret/surprise design, please let me know so I can delay posting it!).💳 4. Payment
• 100% upfront (or)
• 50% upfront when you receive the sketch and 50% when the artwork is completed.❌ 5. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
• Full refunds are only available if I have not started working on your sketch.
• Once the sketch phase is approved and rendering begins, no refunds will be given.
